The 14-day tournament has begun on 20 February 2023. Out of 27 former contestants, the winner will get a $100,000 grand prize and a spot on Jeopardy!’s Tournament of Champions.
As a high school student, she competed in the 2019 Jeopardy! Teen Tournament. She finished up being a quarterfinalist in the tournament and won $5,000.

Purcell is in her early 20s. She was in her teens when she participated in the 2019 Jeopardy! Teen Tournament.
Hailing from Bellaire, Texas, she attended Condit Elementary and Pin Oak Middle School there. Moreover, she graduated from Carnegie Vanguard High School in 2019.
