Ellie Kildunne is an English professional rugby union player who plays at club level for Harlequins Women in the Premiership Women’s Rugby. Internationally, she represents the England women’s national rugby union team.
Earlier, she played rugby league for Keighley Albion and rugby union for Keighley Rugby Union Football Club. Afterward, she spent her youth career with West Park (St Helens) RFC, Leeds Rhinos Women, and Castleford Tigers Women.

In 2017, she joined the Premier 15s team Gloucester-Hartpury for the 2017-18 season. Moreover, she signed for the Wasps in September 2020 and committed her immediate future to XVs, and even won the 2021 Six Nations.
Kildunne moved to Harlequins Women from Wasps in 2021 with a fearsome reputation for being a lethal try scorer. She has played for two seasons for the Quins and in the 2022/23 season, she picked up 14 tries in ten appearances for the team.

Internationally, she played for England 15s, scoring a try in a debut match against Canada in 2017. Following her impressive performances, she got an opportunity to start in five of England’s 2018 Women’s Six Nations Championship matches. There, she earned the Player of the Match honor after England’s win over Ireland.
In the summer of 2018, she transitioned to England Women’s Sevens and later qualified for the 2020 Summer Olympics. Likewise, she was a part of the Red Roses’ 2021 autumn international squad and won the 2022 Six Nations.
Ellie was also named in the England squad for the delayed 2021 Rugby World Cup held in New Zealand in October and November 2022. She was also a part of the Great Britain women’s national rugby sevens team.
