The player joined Lyon’s academy at the age of eight in 2010. Prior to that, he played for his hometown side, AS Buers Villeurbanne.
Barcola began playing with the Lyon reserve in National 2 during the 2020–21 season. Following his one after other impressive performances, he was called with the first team in the 2021–22 pre-season.
On 4 November 2021, he made his professional debut for the team in the Europa League game against Sparta Prague. Moreover, he made his Ligue 1 debut in a 2–1 win against Marseille on 1 February 2022.
Bradley was first selected for the France under-18 team in January 2020. However, he is yet to earn an official cap as most junior games were canceled due to COVID-19.

Barcola was born as one of the six children of his parents on 2 September 2002. His father is Yves Barcola but there are no details about his mother.

Bradley has two brothers and three sisters in the family. His elder brother, Malcolm Barcola is also a footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for the Bosnian Premier League club Tuzla City.
