Christiana Ritchie was the fiancée of American golfer Grayson Murray at the time of his death. Grayson sadly died at the age of 30 on the morning of Saturday, 25 May 2023.

Many prominent names in golf have mourned the loss of Grayson through social media posts and interviews. It includes Bubba Watson and Peter Malnati, who played with Grayson during the first two rounds at his last tournament past week.

Born Grayson Colby Murray on 1 October 1993, he was a two-time PGA Tour winner. He captured his first title at the 2017 Barbasol Championship and the second was at the 2024 Sony Open in Hawaii.
A native of Raleigh, North Carolina, he played collegiately at Wake Forest and East Carolina. In 2015. he turned professional and earned a PGA Tour card for 2017 after finishing 18th on the Korn Ferry Tour regular-season money list.

What Was Grayson Murray’s Cause Of Death?
Murray’s actual cause of death is unknown. His death comes just one day after he withdrew because of illness from the Charles Schwab Challenge in Fort Worth, Texas.
PGA Tour commissioner Jay Monahan confirmed his death in a statement but did not cite the cause of death.

Christiana and Grayson have been lovebirds for the past three years. They first met at The American Express in Palm Springs, California in 2021.
After dating for three years, they got engaged in December 2023 at a country club in Nashville. In his now-deleted Instagram post, he wrote,

Christiana and Grayson were deeply committed to their love. They resided together in Florida before his death. Moreover, they shared the same love for their faith. Talking to Golf Monthly following his second PGA Tour win, he stated,
I think I neglected that part of my life for a while, and meeting my fiancée and how our lives kind of changed over the last three years, she’s devoted her life to Christ, and I’ve devoted my life to Christ. That’s what’s going to be first in our relationship going forward.
The lovebirds were set to get married in this year’s spring. They made their wedding venue in North Carolina, where he grew up.
