3 Reasons Naruto and Sasuke Are the Best Duo in Anime:
Character’s Storyline
The first thing that separates Naruto and Sasuke from the rest is their shared storyline. Naruto, being the host to the nine-tailed beast, was always mocked and frowned upon by the villagers. Anyway, Naruto did not let himself be bothered and stayed focused on his goal: to become the Hokage.
Sasuke, on the other hand, became an orphan when his elder brother Itachi massacred his entire clan. Though many people wanted to be his friend, he was only interested in one objective, and that was to take revenge on his brother.
Here, the point to ponder is that both the characters remained loyal to their objectives. Be it at the expense of leaving their loved ones behind, Naruto and Sasuke ultimately achieved the greatness they were destined for.
The Ultimate Bond
Sasuke’s Sharingan made him one of the most powerful ninjas in the series. On the flip side, Naruto had vast reservoirs of chakra which allowed him to become stronger and stronger. Now, placing the two great ninjas in the same group, Team 7 was the ultimate move to develop a bond between the two characters.
From the creation of Team 7 to Sasuke’s fleeing the village, Naruto and Sasuke became frenemies. However, as soon as Orochimaru brainwashed Sasuke, Naruto understood how important he was to the village. More importantly, Naruto realized how important Sasuke’s friendship was for him.
Now, if you’re watching Boruto, you’d understand how Sasuke defends his friend Hokage, Naruto at every step. Well, it’s because, in Naruto, it was Naruto who put his heart out to bring Sasuke back to the village.
