Szokol claimed her first LPGA Tour title after winning the Dow Great Lakes Bay Invitational with partner Cheyenne Knight in 2023. She is now competing in the 2025 ShopRite LPGA Classic to claim her second LPGA Tour title so far.

After turning professional in 2017, she joined the Symetra Tour. She claimed her first professional victory at the IOA Invitational in 2018, finishing 4 strokes ahead of Pajaree Anannarukarn in second place.

Later, she was transferred to the University of Virginia, where she was named to the Atlantic Coast Conference Women’s Golf All-Academic Team as a senior. Moreover, she became the Illinois Women’s Amateur Champion in 2012.
