Chris Mepham is a Welsh football player who now plays for the Premier League side AFC Bournemouth. Likewise, he represents the Wales national team at the international level.
The defender made his debut for Bournemouth in a 4-0 win against Chelsea on 30 January 2019. He joined Bournemouth from the then-Championship team Brentford in 2019.
Mepham spent seven years at Brentford before joining Bournemouth. He joined the academy at Brentford at the age of 14 in 2012. He began his career in the academy at Chelsea at the age of 10 in 2008.
Internationally, he played for the Wales U20 and U21 teams. On 22 March 2018, he made his senior debut for the team in a 6–0 victory over China.
