At Georgia, he was named 2023 ITA All-American in singles and doubles after finishing No. 2 in singles and No. 3 in doubles with partner Trent Bryde. Similarly, he earned the 2023 SEC Freshman of the Year honors and was named to the All-SEC First Team, the All-SEC Freshmen Team and the All-SEC Tournament Team.
Quinn made his ATP Tour main draw debut as a wildcard at the 2023 Newport in July this year. There, he was defeated by world No. 13 Tommy Paul in the second round.
Before that, he competed in the Chicago Challenger and reached the quarterfinal but lost to Chinese Shang Juncheng. Moreover, he also won the Wichita USA ITF World Tennis Tour title.

Furthermore, he won the doubles at the 2022 USTA Boys 18s National Championship alongside partner Nicholas Godsick. This win earned them a wildcard into the main draw of the 2022 US Open.
Ethan won singles titles at the 2022 San Diego and Champaign ITF World Tennis Tour events. Additionally, he finished as a runner-up at the 2022 Vero Beach.
