Well, he will make his debut in one of the major tennis tournaments this year; the 2023 Wimbledon Championships. He is one of three home debutants in the main singles draws this year alongside Arthur Fery and German-turned-Brit Jan Choinski. Loffhagen made his professional debut in an F6 Futures in Britain in September 2017. Eventually, he became the first male tennis player born in 2001 to reach a professional final at a F1 Futures event in Uganda in May 2018.
In April 2023, he won his first title at the ITF M25 Mysuru Open, defeating Australian Blake Ellis in the final in Mysuru, India. A month later, he won his second ITF title defeating French Jules Marie at the M25 tournament held in Nottingham, Great Britain.
George’s first ATP Challenger Tour win was the 2023 Nottingham Open in June 2023, where he defeated top-150-ranked Finnish Otto Virtanen in the final.
