Filipino golfer Dottie Ardina is charging towards her first-ever LPGA Tour win!
Dottie is competing in the annual LPGA Tour competition, Walmart NW Arkansas Championship. The tournament which kicked off on 27 September will conclude on 29 September 2024.
Ardina sits in the second position in the points table, just behind the South African golfer, Ashleigh Buhai.
Recently, Dottie represented her country in the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.
She was welcomed by the President of the Philippines, Bongbong Marcos at the President’s Hall in Malacanang Palace. Ardina was then awarded 1 million Philippine pesos for representing her country in the Paris Olympics.
Previously, Ardina qualified for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. However, she couldn’t compete due to the 2015-16 Zika virus epidemic.

Ardina is a native of Calamba, Laguna, Philippines.
