Jamieson Greer is an American attorney and Air Force veteran. He has been serving as the 20th United States trade representative in the second Trump administration since 2025.
Greer was announced as the nominee for United States trade representative by President-elect Donald Trump in November 2024. While the Senate Committee on Finance voted 15-12 to approve his nomination on 12 February 2025, Greer’s nomination was later confirmed by the United States Senate by a 56-43 vote on 26th February.

Greer previously served in the first Trump administration as chief of staff to the United States trade representative from 2017 to 2020. He worked for trade representative Robert Lighthizer.
In his role, Greer was involved in trade negotiations with China. He also held talks about the renegotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement with Mexico and Canada.
