Bailey Ober is an American baseball player who plays as a pitcher for the Minnesota Twins of Major League Baseball. He is currently in his second MLB season.

The Twins drafted him in the 12th round of the 2017 MLB draft. Afterward, he began his professional career with its rookie-level affiliate Elizabethton Twins,
Moreover, he played with the Minor league teams Cedar Rapids Kernels, Pensacola Blue Wahoos, and Fort Myers Miracle. He began the 2021 season with the St. Paul Saints and was promoted to the major league on 21 May.
On the same day, the 6-foot-9-inch made his MLB debut against the Chicago White Sox. Previously, he was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 23rd round of the 2016 MLB draft. However, he did not sign and played college baseball at the College of Charleston.
