Brenda Fruhvirtova is a Czech tennis player who currently ranks world no. 135 in the WTA singles ranking. As a junior, she achieved a career-high ITF Junior ranking of world no. 4 on 13 December 2021.


The young player is set to make her Grand Slam debut after qualifying at the 2023 Australian Open. Eventually, she is the youngest player in the Top 250 and became the fifth-youngest qualifier in Australian Open history, and the youngest since Marta Kostyuk in 2018.

Fruhvirtova made her professional debut at the WTA 125 tournament in Seoul in December 2021. Moreover, she became the youngest ITF Circuit champion, winning her first title at the $25k Tucuman event in Argentina in February 2022.

At the age of ten, she won her first title at the U12 Eddie Herr tournament. She has won eight singles and one double title on the ITF Women’s Circuit.
