David DePape is known for allegedly breaking into Democratic politician Nancy Pelosi’s home in San Francisco and hitting her husband with a hammer. The incident took place on 28 October 2022.
As per the sources, he entered Pelosi’s home and yelled, “Where’s Nancy?” and then hit her husband Paul Pelosi with a hammer. Paul faced severe injuries on his skull including his arm and hands. He was hospitalized and underwent skull surgery and later recovered.

DePape confessed that he had intended to hold Nancy Pelosi hostage and question her over what Democrats had done to former President Trump. If she had lied, he said he intended to break her kneecaps, audio of police questioning showed.
Well, his attack was captured on US Capitol Police surveillance footage. Furthermore, he faced charges of attempted homicide, assault with a deadly weapon, elder abuse, burglary, and several other additional felonies.
However, David pleads not guilty to state charges by the San Francisco superior court. Likewise, he also pleaded not guilty to federal charges of assaulting an immediate family member of a federal official and attempted kidnapping of a federal officer for the alleged home invasion.

Taub was found guilty on 20 counts, including the attempted abduction of a 14-year-old boy back in 2019. She got married to Jaymz Smith naked on the steps of San Francisco City Hall in 2013.
