Seidel made her WTA main draw debut in the doubles at the 2022 Hamburg European Open held in July 2022. There, she competed in the doubles draw partnering with fellow German Nastasja Schunk and won her first-round match against French Elixane Lechemia and American Sabrina Santamaria.
Furthermore, she made her main-draw debut in singles as a wild card at the 2023 Hamburg European Open. There, she lost to another German compatriot Jule Niemeier in the first round.
Ella has won one singles title in the ITF Circuit and it was at the ITF Stuttgart, Germany where she defeated fellow German Julia Middendorf in July 2023. Similarly, she won a doubles ITF Circuit title in ITF Leipzig, Germany back in August 2022.
