Jay Fisher hails from Lisle, Illinois, United States. He was born in the year 1968.

Fisher is now 56 years of age. He celebrates his birthday on the 11th of January every year.

Talking about his family, Jay was raised by his American parents with white ethnicity. He is a graduate of Barrington High School, located in Barrington, Illinois.

After high school, Fisher earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. He then completed his J.D. with Honors at George Washington University Law School.

Jay’s profession describes him as a Government Relations Manager. Previously in 2013, he ran for Naperville Community Unit School Board District 203 Election.

Unfortunately, Fisher lost the election. He then thanked his voters with a lovely message on his Facebook profile that read,

Thank you to the 3,305 people who voted for me. Thank you even more to the many friends who helped me in this campaign. Unfortunately it wasn’t enough and we fell 224 votes short.

 

I look forward to continuing my service on the District 203 Citizen Finance Advisory Committee and maybe serving on the Executive Board of the Kennedy Home and School. I also plan to spend a lot of time watching my two boys play baseball over the next few months.

 

Thank you again for all your kind words and support. Maybe it was just not meant to be the place for me, but I truly treasure the encouragement and well wishes I have received over these last few months.

Fisher had also served as the Stay-at-Home Dad for around 7 years before the election. Besides, he handled State Legislative and Regulatory Affairs for the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

On top of that, Jay also served as a Legislative Assistant to State Representative Judy Biggert. He was a Junior Achievement Teacher at Steeple Run Elementary School.

Fisher also served as a Naperville & Lisle Park District Soccer Coach. He was also a Newsletter Editor at Steeple Run Elementary School Home and School from 2008 to 2009.

Jay Fisher Married Life: Who Is His Wife?

Jay is a married man! He has been married to his wife, Jill Fisher, for nearly three decades now.

The couple exchanged their wedding vows in 1995. Since their nuptials, they have welcomed two sons named Jacob Fisher and Alex Fisher.

Jacob, age 23 is the eldest son of the couple. Alex is now 21 years old. They both attended Steeple Run Elementary School and Kennedy Junior High School.
