Back in March 2021, Jen was criminally charged with conspiracy to commit money laundering and wire fraud. She then pleaded not guilty to both charges days later.
Given her legal charge, Jen was supposed to face a maximum of 30 years in prison and five years of supervised release. However, she called for only 11 to 14 years of jail and restitution of up to $9.5 million.
