Meanwhile, CEO Felss Masino had a different feeling about this as she claimed that the response to the change has been positive.
She said,
People like what we’re doing. Cracker Barrel needs to feel like the Cracker Barrel for today and for tomorrow — the things that you love are still there. We need people to choose us, and we want people to choose us.
As per reports, the shares of Cracker Barrel have fallen by more than 12% on Thursday, 21 August 2025.
