The winger is having a remarkable first season at Napoli. He joined Napoli from the Georgian Erovnuli Liga team Dinamo Batumi on 1 July 2022.
Kvaratskhelia began his youth career at the Erovnuli Liga side Dinamo Tbilisi. There, he began his senior career in 2017 and later moved to the Erovnuli Liga 2 side FC Rustavi in 2018.
While at FC Rustavi, he had a brief loan spell at the Russian Premier League (RPL) club Lokomotiv Moscow. Afterward, he joined the Russian second-tier team, Rubin Kazan, in 2019.

Internationally, Kvaratskhelia has represented the Georgia U17, U19, and U21 teams. Likewise, he made his senior debut for the Georgia national team in a Euro 2020 qualifier against Gibraltar on 7 June 2019.

Khvicha even celebrated his goal using the initials of the letter of his girlfriend, “N.” The duo is reportedly seen each other for some months.
