Based on the report from authorities, the arrest warrant stated that she rented a 2019 Toyota Corolla from Budget Care Rental in October 2019 and did not return it on the agreed-upon date.
Reportedly, the vehicle was valued at $20,000. In her defense, Womack mentioned that she and her son were experiencing homelessness at the time, and she lacked a mailing address and never knew about the case, believing that the matter had been resolved.
