Trivia
  • Growing up in a strict Christian household, the Church her family attended did not allow women or children to speak and regarded women as the servants of men.
  • At age 17, she started realizing the impact on women because of religion. In order to open up her secluded life, she convinced her parents to take their family to a Christian fundamentalist summer camp, where she met her future husband Ethan.
  • She is a wedding photographer by profession.
  • She does not have a foot relationship with Ethan’s parents as they had problems with her when she began pulling away from the ultra-conservative religious world, where she was raised.
