One of the new contestants on the 39th season of the trivia game show, she will face two more contestants on the show. Her competitors are the previous episode’s champion Jesse Matheny, and Eric Anderson, an operations director from Brooklyn, New York.

Jesse is a customer success implementation manager from Huntington, Indiana. He became Wednesday’s episode winner after a tightly contested match between him and two other contestants. Moreover, he had a winning score of $2,600 despite not giving the Final Jeopardy! answers correctly.

Bailey finally got an opportunity to appear on the show after a lengthy selection process. She gave an initial test in April last year and gave a second test with several other potential contestants via Zoom in June.

After passing the second test, she play a mock game via Zoom in October 2022. She then got an invitation to the show through a call in January this year. She was completely shocked as she never dreamed of appearing on the show.

Bailey is keen on emerging as a new champion on the show. She will debut on Jeopardy on Thursday, 27 April 2023.
