Moreover, she has closely followed the contentious debate over U.S. immigration policy, the effects of the Supreme Court’s historic decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, and the first gun safety legislation in decades following the Uvalde school shooting.
Diamante also reports on the political campaigns in Texas and has traveled to border communities to cover key races. She joined the Spectrum News D.C. bureau in 2021.
