Sadhbh McGrath is an Irish professional rugby union player who plays as a prop. She represents the Ireland women’s national rugby union team internationally.
At the club level, she plays for Clovers in the Celtic Challenge. Moreover, she plays for Ulster in the Women’s Interprovincial Series.

McGrath earned a first call-up into Ireland’s squad for the 2023 Women’s Six Nations Championship. Eventually, she made her test debut against Wales in Cardiff on 25 March 2023 and was named Deloitte Young Women’s Player of the Year.
Likewise, she was also included in the 2025 Six Nations Championship in March 2025. She is now representing her country in the 2025 Women’s Rugby World Cup.
