Sarah Bern is an English professional rugby union player. She started representing England on the international level in 2016.
Initially, Bern was named in the 2017 Women’s Rugby World Cup squad for England. At age 20, she became the youngest member of the English squad.

Bern was later called up to the England squad for the delayed 2021 Rugby World Cup held in New Zealand in October and November 2022. She was then named in the Red Roses side for the Six Nations Championship on 17 March 2025.
As of her club career, Bern played for Gloucester-Hartpury from 2017 to 2018. Since 2018, she has played for Bristol Bears, a women’s rugby union team based in Bristol, England.
