Selma left the field in tears on a stretcher in the final minutes of her team’s warm-up game against the host nation, Australia. Following the tests, it was revealed that she had a sprained ankle.
Although X-rays didn’t reveal a fracture on Friday, Selma carried an MRI the next day to find out that she suffered from a sprain. However, the severity of her injury is yet to be determined.
