The 5-foot-10-inch played college football at Western Michigan University from 2019 to 2021. He declared for the 2022 NFL Draft following the 2021 season.
Moore ended his collegiate career recording 171 receptions for 2,482 yards and 16 touchdowns. Initially, he played as quarterback and defensive back and was later converted into a wide receiver.
Prior to that, he played high school football at Shady Side Academy in Fox Chapel, Pennsylvania. There, he also played basketball, earning all-section honors as a point guard junior and senior years.
