Paolo has extended his winning streak to seven days after being victorious on the 18 September episode. He has already been advanced to this season’s Jeopardy! Tournaments of Champions. As a seven-day champion, he has banked a total of $195,717.
Olson has been watching Jeopardy! consistently since he was a kid and had the chance to test his knowledge in the popular trivia game show. After taking a test online, he was selected to take a test on Zoom with Jeopardy! casting team.
Furthermore, he was selected to have a live audition via Zoom with some mock gameplay and an interview. He went to California to film the show in early August during summer break.
Regarding his experience on the Jeopardy stage, he said,
Just going out and seeing the stage in person, seeing the podium, seeing the set, seeing the board was overwhelming. But it was incredible.
Olson plans to watch his debut late Friday night after his band performs at the school’s football game, followed by a public watch party in Princeton on Saturday. 20 September 2025.
