Jim Howe is an American drag racer and TV personality. He will appear on the Discovery Channel reality series Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings this season.
The show started production in Ohio on 1st June with more souped-up cars, more drivers – and for the first time, a new fan-nominated team captain. There, will be eight teams will be competing for the title.
Howe is one of the four team members led by Justin Swanstrom. His other team members are Kallee Mills, John Odom, and Tony McKinney. He runs Howe Motorsports based in Crossville
A second-generation drag racer, he has been involved in racing since the age of eight. By 15, he was racing in local bracket races in a 1965 Chevelle and won the High School Nationals at Milan Dragway in 1989 and 1990.
Jim has been participating in racing for decades and has won several racing events across the United States. His passion for drag racing made him develop and update the cars and in 2016, he started Big Jim’s Bail Bonding to provide funds for remodeling cars.
In 2020, he made his TV debut on the second season of Street Outlaws: Fastest in America on Discovery Channel. There, he and his Co-Captain Sherrybeth Madewell reached the quarterfinals of the show.

Together, the couple shares a son named Blayze Howe. His youngest child Blayze was born on 6 May 2016.
Prior to that, he was married to a lady named Julie-Cristie Barone. The pair is no longer together now and shares a son named James Daniel Howe and a daughter named Sienna Gabrielle Howe.
