Trevor Larnach plays for the Minnesota Twins of Major League Baseball. He is now in his second MLB season.

The Twins selected him in the first round, with the 20th overall selection, in the 2018 Major League Baseball draft. Afterward, he began his professional career with the Elizabethton Twins of the Rookie-level Appalachian League.
In August 2018, he was promoted to the Cedar Rapids Kernels of the Class A Midwest League. Likewise, he began the 2019 season with the Fort Myers Miracle of the Class A-Advanced Florida State League.
Larnach was then promoted to the Pensacola Blue Wahoos in July 2019. He did not play in the 2020 season because of the cancellation of the minor league season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After being promoted to the major leagues, he made his MLB against the Detroit Tiger on 8 May 2021.
Initially, he was drafted by the San Diego Padres in the 40th round of the 2015 Major League Baseball Draft. However, he did not sign and played college baseball at Oregon State University.

Trevor was born to parents Adam Larnach and Jeannine Marie Kaiulani Yore on 26 February 1997. His full name is Trevor John Ikaikaloa Larnach.
The 25-year-old was raised by his parents in Walnut Creek, California, United States. His parents got divorced when he was young, and his mother later remarried Joseph Yore.

Larnach is one of the five children of his parents. He has three brothers Brett Larnach, Ryan Larnach, and Adam Larnach, and a sister named Victoria Larnach.
The athlete is of Hawaiian descent from his family side. His maternal grandfather Walter Cabral was the first Hawaiian to play football at Notre Dame. Likewise, his maternal uncle Brian Cabral played nine years in the National Football League.
