Tyler’s cause of death has been revealed finally, six months after the young actor was found dead in his home bed on 16 June 2022. He was 18 years of age at the time of his uncertain death.
According to the recent autopsy report, Tyler died accidentally due to a drug overdose. He died from the effects of fentanyl. As per the reports, the young actor had a history of drug use and some plastic straw and white powder were found in the room where he died.
Tyler didn’t have any medical problems. However, he had a history of drug abuse including LSD, cocaine, heroin, mushroom, and Xanax.
