Bacani will compete in the 8th quarterfinal game of group 2 of the ongoing tournament. There, he will face two previous season champions; Ilhana Redzovic, an investment associate from Chicago, Illinois, and Elliott Kim, a television editor from Los Angeles, California.
For for the Wild Card Tournament, he spent several hours a day prepping by playing seven years worth of archived JEOPARDY! games online and carrying textbooks with him. He even revealed his excitement on returning to the show stating,
Getting to be on JEOPARDY! the first time was kind of a dream come true. Being invited back was even more special.
Moreover, he added that his experience as a JEOPARDY! contestant has changed the way he watches the show. His episode will air on Wednesday, 14 February 2024.
