Well, Jeopardy is in its 39th season of syndication which has been airing since 1984. It is now hosted by Ken Jennings and Mayim Bialik after the death of veteran host Alex Trebek in 2020.

There, contestants are given general knowledge clues in the form of answers and they must identify the person, place, thing, or idea that the clue describes, phrasing each response in the form of a question.

In the new Jeopardy episode, she will face two contestants; the previous episode winner Kate Campolieta, a Corporate Communications Specialist from Simsbury, Connecticut, and Aubrey Gilleran, a High School English Teacher from Charlotte, North Carolina.

Kate emerged as a new champion on her debut on the 4 July episode. She began leading in the first round with a huge difference from two other contestants. As no one gave the correct answer in the final round, she ended up as a winner scoring the most, $11,513.


Meanwhile, Nyquist is excited to make her first appearance on the show. She became eligible to compete on the show after passing the Jeopardy online tests and interviews. Moreover, she will make her debut on the longest-running quiz game show on Wednesday, 5 July 2023.

Nyquist seems to be in her 30s now. She is yet to reveal her actual age and date of birth to the media. However, it is known that she celebrates her birthday in August every year.


As per wiki sources, she is a native of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and spent her early life with her family there. She seems to be of Indian descent from her family side.
