Similarly, he alongside Behar reached the quarterfinals of the 2023 Wimbledon Championships. They defeated former Wimbledon champions, ninth-seeded pair Nikola Mektić and Mate Pavić but lost to eventual champions Wesley Koolhof and Neal Skupski.

With the same partner, he reached his first ATP final at the 2023 European Open but lost to the Tsitsipas brothers. In addition, the duo reached the quarterfinals of the 2024 Australian Open but lost to the newly formed Chinese-Czech duo of Zhang Zhizhen and Tomáš Macháč.

In singles, he has won four titles on the ATP Challenger Tour and six titles at the ITF Futures Tour. He has also won seven doubles titles on the ATP Challenger Tour and one on the ITF Futures Tour.

As a junior, he reached the semifinals at the 2012 Australian Open and 2012 French Open and quarterfinal at 2011 US Open in singles. Moreover, he made two Grand Slam finals at the 2012 Australian Open and the 2012 French Open in doubles. He reached the combined world ranking of No. 7 on 30 January 2012.

Adam Pavlasek Wiki & Family Life

Pavlasek was born to Czech parents on  8 October 1994. His mother is Lenka Pavlásková and his father is Jaromir Pavlasek.

The athlete grew up with his family in Bílovec, a town in Nový Jičín District in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. His family consists of a sister named Monika Pavlásková.

Adam’s parents used to run a small company in his hometown. Additionally, his father was a tennis coach with whom he started playing tennis at age six. He used to go with his father to the tennis club and practice by hitting against the wall.

Apart from tennis he also played football and says that he would be a footballer if not a tennis player. Growing up, his tennis idol was Novak Djokovic

Off the court, he enjoys watching ice hockey and football and listening to music.  He is a fan of the Slavia Prague Football team.
