Andrew Cogliano is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who currently plays for the NHL side, Dallas Stars. He formerly played for two other NHL teams.

Born as Andrew Cogliano on June 14, 1987, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, the 32-years-of-age player grew up in Woodbridge, Ontario. He is among the two sons of his mother, Teri Cogliano. Andrew’s brother is named Matthew Cogliano.

For her studies, he joined St. Michael’s College School. Besides, he started out playing minor ice hockey for the City of Vaughan Hockey Association and the Vaughan Rangers in the Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) before playing in the Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL) with the AAA Vaughan Kings. He later enrolled at the University of Michigan and played for the University of Michigan Wolverines.

Career & Net Worth

Andrew penned a professional contract with Edmonton Oilers of the NHL in 2005. He went on tom play his first game for the Oilers on October 4, 2007, against the San Jose Sharks. Eventually, he was traded to the Anaheim Ducks on July 12, 2011, where he played for 8 seasons.

During the 2017–18 season, on January 12, 2018, the Ducks re-signed Andrew to a three-year, $9.75 million contract extension that would keep him under contract until the end of the 2020–21 season. Later on January 14, 2019, Andrew was traded by the Ducks to the Dallas Stars.

Andrew’s Personal Life

Andrew leads a compelling married life with his wife of around three years, Allie Bertram. Allie is a TV actress known for Sucker Punch (2011), Mr. D (2012), and Fringe (2008).

Andrew and Allie shared the wedding vows in 2017. Initially, they began their romance in 2010. Following their nuptial bond, the couple welcomed a beautiful daughter named Lottie Cogliano on February 17, 2019.
