Diana Lorena Taurasi was born on June 11, 1982, in Glendale, California, United States. She is the daughter of Mario Taurasi and Liliana Taurasi. Her father was a professional soccer player in Italy, who was born in Italy and raised in Argentina. She has an older sister named Jessika Taurasi.
