Isaiah Bolden is an American football cornerback who plays in the National Football League (NFL) for the New England Patriots. He was picked by the Patriots in the 2023 NFL Draft.
Isaiah is currently hospitalized after sustaining a blow from his own teammate during the Patriots’ preseason game against the Green Bay Packers on 19 August 2023. He had a collision with his teammate, Calvin Munson.

During the fourth quarter of the game, Isaiah absorbed a hit from Calvin after trying to tackle the Packers player, Malik Heath. After the collision, Isaiah was temporarily immobilized. He was then carried out of the field on a stretcher.
Following the injury, the preseason game between the Patriots and Packers was suspended early in the fourth quarter. The Patriots coach, Bill Belichick updated the situation stating that Isaiah will remain hospitalized in the Green Bay area overnight for observation.
The coach added,
We’re all saying a prayer for Isaiah. Appreciate the way the league handled it. I think that was the right thing to do.
As per reports, The New England Patriots team plans to update on Isaiah’s condition by 8 a.m. on Sunday, 20 August 2023.
