On the new Jeopardy episode, she will face returning champion Kevin Belle, a trail planner from Silver Spring, Maryland, and Cyrus Zhou, a graduate student hailing from Saint Louis, Missouri.
Kevin emerged as Jeopardy’s Friday episode champion with a total score of $11,599. He correctly answered 12 questions in the first round and ended up being the highest scorer with a total of $6,800.

Likewise, he wagered a small amount in the second round and ended up scoring $14,200. In the Final Jeopardy! round, none of the contestants gave correct answers and he became the episode’s winner wagering a small amount.
Shuman-Groh has been attempting to appear on the show for decades and has made the contestant pool 7 times. She will make her Jeopardy debut on Monday, 1st May 2023.
Meanwhile, Ken Jennings will not appear in regular episodes for the rest of the season. Instead, he will be hosting the three-week-long Jeopardy! Masters tournament in primetime on ABC which begins on May 8.
