Tudor Dixon is an American politician who is the Republican party’s nominee for Michigan governor in the 2022 election. She is set to challenge incumbent Democratic governor Gretchen Whitmer.
As per the reports from The Associated Press, published on 3 August 2022, Tudor has won the Michigan Republican primary for governor. She was endorsed Friday, 29 July 2022, by former President Donald Trump.

The politician was born Tudor Makary on 5 May 1977 in Illinois, the United States. She is now 45 years of age. With American nationality, Tudor holds white ethnicity.
Tudor was born to her parents, Vaughn Makary and Catherine Makary. She was very close to her father who recently died on 22 June 2022 after battling pancreatic cancer for more than two years.

Her dad, Vaughn, worked as a businessman all his life. He purchased the West Michigan Steel foundry in Muskegon, Michigan in a bankruptcy sale after the family moved there in 2022. Later on, he began to operate it as Michigan Steel.
For her education, Tudor joined the University of Kentucky. There, she completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 1998. Prior to that, Tudor did her schooling at Naperville Central High School.
